Claim. The 1995 Blessing of 360,000 Couples completed the growth stage of the international Blessing, opening the gate to a Blessing that any person could receive regardless of religion or birthplace.
Elaboration. SMM correlates the cohort with formation-growth-completion-stages: “The International Blessing of the 360,000 Couples represented the growth stage, while the Blessing of 3.6 million couples was at the completion stage. From the time of the Blessing of 30,000 couples, the way was opened for the international Blessing, through which anyone, regardless of religion or place of birth, could be blessed” (2.5. The 360,000 Couples represent the growth stage of the international Blessing, 280-215, 1997.1.1). The 360,000 figure carries an explicit tribal-messiah deployment frame: “If all of the 30,000 Couples that received the Blessing returned to their hometowns and witnessed to twelve couples each, then in three years the Blessing of 360,000 couples would be possible” (ibid, 241-137, 1992.12.20). The 360,000 figure is therefore the multiplicative explosion of 30,000 via tribal mission rather than a separately staged ceremony.
