Claim. Good ancestors in the spirit-world are now permitted to descend and actively cooperate with their living descendants, mobilizing the entire spirit world around faithful earthly persons.
Elaboration. SMM frames the present age as a turning point in spirit-earth traffic: “Since the spirit world has now moved extremely close, the age has come where good spirits will settle down on this earth. They will come and live here. To this day, Satan and evil spirits have divided up this earth and taken charge of it. But now, the good spirits will take over the earth” (3.4. Co-operation from the spirit world, 169-10, 1987.10.1). Cooperation is sacrifice-conditional: descendants who shed tears, sweat, and blood mobilize support. The mechanism uses the broadcast analogy: “Now we have entered the broadcasting station itself … When you say, ‘Let all my ancestors in the spirit world come down to support me. Good ancestors, come and help me … then they will come down instantly’” (ibid, 162-103, 1987.3.30). The doctrinal upshot reverses the usual angel-Adam direction: archangelic ancestors, indemnifying their original failure to protect Adam, now protect Adam-position descendants engaged in restoration.
