Claim. The realm of direct dominion is entered only as a married couple united in love — not as a single person — because it is the zone where God’s vertical love and Adam-Eve’s horizontal love connect through the four-position-foundation.
Elaboration. SMM ties entry to direct dominion to marriage as a structural requirement, not a private blessing: “The realm of direct dominion is a place where Adam and Eve can participate together, united in love… When the portion of responsibility is fulfilled and Adam and Eve become husband and wife centered on love, God becomes the internal Father and Adam and Eve become the external parents. When these unite as the inner and the outer, the realm of direct dominion is established for the first time. In this process, marriage is therefore absolutely necessary. You cannot enter this realm as a single person” (1.2. The realm of direct dominion, 139-262, 1986.1.31). The result is a lineage Satan cannot touch: “relations based on God’s lineage and flesh and blood are formed through that vertical and horizontal love. A lineage is born. Satan cannot interfere with that lineage” (ibid, 173-285, 1988.2.21). Conjugal marriage is therefore the structural office through which direct dominion is realized; celibate salvation is excluded.
