Claim. The three-generational family is the textbook from which one learns the love of the universe; loving every elder as one’s grandparent, every adult as one’s parent, and every child as one’s own qualifies a person for heaven.
Elaboration. “The family is created to be the textbook for life in heaven. If you can love every person who is your grandfather’s age as your own grandparent, you will surely enter heaven … The family is the teaching material through which you can relate to the whole Kingdom of Heaven” (2.2. The family is the training ground for true love, Blessed Family-924). The three-generation requirement is structural: “Life together with grandparents, parents and children is a sound family life. If one of those generations is missing from a family, it is deprived of something” (ibid, Blessed Family-927). Racial-prejudice elimination is folded into the same axis: “People with racial prejudice do not love God’s family … Racial prejudice cannot exist in the ideal world.” The implication: cosmopolitanism in SMM’s frame is not abstract universal-love but extended family-love trained inside one’s own three-generation home and projected outward.
