Claim. Three families uniting as one tribal trinity is the corporate form in which filial piety extends beyond a single household into the tribe and people.
Elaboration. SMM builds the trinity unit step by step: “You can only become such a son centering on a trinity in which three brothers become one. You know what a trinity is, don’t you? You must become one in your trinity. The three families in a trinity must become one as brothers and sisters, and then again the three children of each family must become one. Then, three times four makes twelve, making twelve children. This became the first foundation for Israel. This is the origin for creating the branches of families, clans and then tribes” (CSG 14.2 §2, 30-220, 1970.3.23). The Old Testament’s twelve-tribe foundation is reread as the geometric extension of trinity-unity at the family scale. Filial piety scales up not by addition but by multiplication of family-trinities into clan and tribal structures — the same four-position-foundation geometry replicated at higher orders.
