The work order is asymmetric — spirit world first — because the spirit world is the root of “heavenly fortune.” Without ordering it, “how could people who are unable to bring order to the spirit world incorporate those results into the way of this earthly world and unify it?” (4.3. This claims SMM has accomplished spirit-world unification — making physical-world unification merely a downstream task pending completion.
