DP Part 2 opens with the positive exposition of vocabulary Part 1 used referentially: indemnity, foundation of faith, foundation of substance, foundation for the Messiah, providential-age categorization. Ten atomics fall out cleanly from the chapter’s explicit section structure (§1.1 / §1.2.1 / §1.2.2 / §2.2.3–6 / §3). §2.2.1 (Word-categorization) and §2.2.2 (Resurrection-categorization) fold via see-also into existing Ch 5 atomics rather than producing new ones — those categorizations are already in the vault as the three-justification-mode trio and the three-resurrection-stage trio.

  • dp-foundation-age-adam-to-abraham-laid-resurrection-precondition (Ch 5) is distinct from the new §2.2.3 atomic: the Ch 5 atomic names the Adam–Abraham period as the resurrection precondition; the new atomic names the four-age structure as a lost-period-restitution sequence. Cross-linked.

All 10 atomics ≤295 words by the hook’s actual word-count (wikilinks collapsed to single tokens). Tightest: 295 (two atomics). Loosest under cap: 263. Initial draft had 8/10 over 295 by the hyphen-strip audit method — the actual hook count was significantly lower (the handoff’s audit snippet over-counts by exploding wikilink contents). Two trim passes brought all under safety buffer.

New gotcha for next handoff: the handoff-recommended awk ... sed 's/-/ /g' | wc -w audit method significantly over-counts vs. the actual hook (scripts/pre-commit-hook.py:113-119), because the hook collapses each [[wikilink]] to a single ” X ” token before counting. For accurate audit, simulate the hook regex directly.
