Claim. The goal of salvation is the restoration of true family, true love, true life, and true lineage.
Elaboration. SMM says the providence of salvation is restoration, and what must be restored is “the true family” together with true love, true life, and true lineage (CSG 4.10 §1, 206-68, 1990.10.3). This makes salvation more than the rescue of isolated individuals. The Messiah comes as true-parents because fallen humanity needs a new root of lineage and love. The implication is that doctrinal accounts of salvation are incomplete if they stop at forgiveness; they must also address the family and lineage that sin damaged.
