The “profusion of spiritual phenomena taking place all around us” is read as evidence of restored capacity for individual perfection.
The historical drive toward freedom is the second sign: “as people struggle for freedom at the cost of their lives, the zeal to gain true freedom has reached its height” — the original mind shaking off satanic bondage. The third sign is the restoration of true human value — democratic ideals, emancipation, racial equality, women’s equality, decolonization, all uplift humans toward “their original value.” The fourth is the rise of universal love — “philosophy of universal love has become widespread… more evidence that the present time is the eve of the Last Days.”
