Claim. When Jesus came, the OT-age form-spirits abiding in the spirit world descended to earthly Jews to help them believe in Jesus and become life-spirits — and by helping, the descending spirits themselves were elevated from form-spirit to life-spirit. This dispensation is called growth-stage returning resurrection.
Elaboration. Per 2.3.2. The Returning Resurrection of the Spirits of Israelites and Christians: OT spirits “came to abide at the form-spirit level of the spirit world. After the advent of Jesus, these spirits all returned to earth and assisted faithful people on earth… By thus helping the people to attain the level of life spirit, they too received the same benefit: namely, they became life spirits and entered Paradise.”
Two biblical evidences:

Elijah’s cooperation with JtB. Elijah appeared at the Transfiguration (alive in spirit world), yet Jesus called the earthly JtB “Elijah.” “John’s body concurrently served as Elijah’s body. The spirit of Elijah descended to John the Baptist to help John fulfill the mission Elijah had left unfinished… This was Elijah’s returning resurrection.” (Extends Ch 4’s dp-jtb-was-elijah-by-mission-not-soul-transmigration with the technical mechanism.)

Saints rising from tombs (Matt 27:52). Not regenerated decayed bodies but a “spiritual phenomenon of returning resurrection. The spirits of the faithful Jews descended to the earth from the form-spirit level… They returned to help the believers on earth… to believe in Jesus and become life spirits. In doing so, the returning spirits also became life spirits.” (Extends Ch 3’s dp-dead-rising-from-tombs-means-old-testament-spirits-appearing-to-believers with the elevation mechanism.) “Compared to Paradise… the region where the OT saints were staying was relatively dark and miserable; thus it was called a ‘tomb.‘”
