Claim. Because the proclamation of True Parents restored true primogeniture and perfected Adam on earth, the situation between spirit world and earth has reversed — perfected Adam can now command the archangel, and good spirits can use first-son rather than second-son intermediaries.

Elaboration. SMM lays out a structural inversion in providential authority. Previously “the first son has been in the devil’s position” and good spirits had to work through second-son intermediaries on earth — which is why “all spiritualists… have made use of other people on earth.” With the restoration of “the true rights and obligations of the first son, of the parents, and true kingship,” “the situation has been turned upside down” (2.4.2. The forces of the devil enter the realm of death).

The key consequence: “since true primogeniture has been restored, and Adam has been perfected on earth, we have entered the age when he can command the archangel in the spirit world.” This inverts the original Genesis situation where Adam was vulnerable to the archangel’s seduction; the perfected third Adam now exercises command authority over angelic beings — including those who fell.

A second consequence: “From now on, those who oppose the Unification Church will be struck down.” The proclamation creates a new spiritual liability for opposition that did not exist before. The corollary for Korean society — “In terms of evil, the Republic of Korea is the worst” with human trafficking — is that cleanup will be “done by my hand. The hand of the True Parent will cleanse it all; not by force but through education.”

This claim integrates the four-position-foundation (Adam dominion over archangel) with the spirit-world reversal, and it makes empirical predictions (UC opponents fall sick, etc.) that recur in later sections about photograph-keeping. Critics typically engage on whether the predicted opposition-suffers pattern is observable or selection-biased.
