Decision driven by 309-line length sitting at the upper bound of what a single batch comfortably absorbs; §§1, 4, 5 are short (15+29+19 = 63 lines, 1 atomic each); §§2 and 3 each yield 4–5 atomics. Split A/B would have crossed the natural §1+§2-vs-§3+§4+§5 boundary unhelpfully and added overhead for a closing-chapter that benefits from being read whole.

DP Part 2 Ch 7 is the culminating chapter: it cashes everything Parts 1–2 built into the who-where-when-how of the Second Advent. Ch 6 supplied the historical preparation through 1918 + the three-world-wars indemnity cascade; Ch 7 specifies (a) timing (post-WWI, §1), (b) manner (physical birth, not clouds, §2), (c) location (Korea, §3), (d) reception risk (Christianity will reject like Judaism rejected Jesus, §4), and (e) language (Korean as new mother-tongue, §5).
