For ideas/concepts: Genesis 1:27 (‘So God created man in His own image’) and the refrain ‘Let there be… and it was so… and God saw that it was good’ (Gen. 1:3-31) means creation followed ideas/concepts already in God’s mind. For laws: DP states ‘God made the world and carried out His providence according to the Principle’ and ‘God is the Author of the Principle.’ For mathematical principles: DP states ‘The universe unfolds and manifests God’s original internal nature and original external form based on mathematical principles’ (DP, 41).
The theological move resembles Augustinian/Thomistic divine ideas — archetypes in the mind of God prior to creation — but extended with the additional category of mathematical principles and integrated into a structured dual-characteristics ontology rather than treated as simple exemplars.
